Wireless World offers a one-year limited warranty on all new and used phone sales. This limited warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original customer of the preceding purchase, and as such, is non-transferable. This limited one-year warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts installed by manufacturer, including, but not limited to: LCD, speakers, charge ports, batteries, proximity sensor, and mainboard. Warranty does not cover software issues such as corruption or damaged operating system, malware, viruses, or incorrectly installed updates. Since batteries are considered “consumable”, they are covered with a 30 day warranty. Warranty is automatically void in the event of physical damage, including glass breakage, device structural damage such as bent frame, or liquid damage.
Sealed-in-box Apple Devices have One Year Warranty held by Apple. Since Apple maintains this warranty, customer will need to reach out to Apple for service. Earpods/Airpods are NOT returnable due to health/safety concerns since devices have been inside the body.
Screen Replacement Warranty below also applies to devices sold.
Since batteries are considered a consumable product, Wireless World offers a ninety(90) day warranty on battery replacements. Battery warranty covers defects in workmanship and manufacture of the battery and does not cover devices that have had a history of liquid damage or power surges caused by customer using chargers or cables not approved by the manufacturer.
You are solely responsible for backing up any data on your device and deleting, encrypting or otherwise protecting your data from unauthorized use. Wireless World will not back up or restore your data, and is not responsible for any data that is lost or corrupted.
Wireless World offers a lifetime one-year warranty on all screen replacements. This limited one-year warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts and workmanship associated with the preceding repair only, and does not cover supplemental damage not related to the preceding repairs or services that were paid for.
Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to: physical and/or liquid damage. Liquid damage and subsequent physical damage which occurs after a completed repair will void this warranty. Glass breakage or internal LCD breakage is considered physical damage and voids the warranty. Manufacturers have defined vertical lines in LCD, screen/frame separation, and/or internal LCD “bleeding” as physical damage(as this can only be caused by physical trauma to the LCD) and as such, are not covered by warranty since this physical damage is not a “manufacturing defect”. Wireless World reserves the right to resolve any and all disputes concerning this one-year limited warranty coverage.

Supplemental damage can be defined as any damage unrelated to the preceding repair, including, but not limited to physical damage or liquid damage to the device. Manufacturer-related defect symptoms may include one or more of the following: a spontaneous or abrupt decline in overall device functionality, touchscreen sensitivity, or LCD performance.
The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.
On highly advanced repairs performed by Wireless World requiring the usage of speciality equipment such as microscopes, soldering equipment and/or reflow equipment by Apple, all warranties will be for thirty(30) days after the date of the original repair. This warranty covers manufacturer-related part defects on parts and workmanship associated with the preceding repair only, and does not cover supplemental damage not related to the preceding repairs or services that were paid for. In the event that physical damage such as dropping the device or liquid damage occurs, warranty is automatically void.
On speciality repairs such as TouchIC(“Touch Disease”) Repair or iPhone7 Audio Microchip Repairs, customer acknowledges that physical damage and/or dropping the device was the original cause of the microchip(s) being fractured off the mainboard, and as such, will not be covered under the warranty. If customer elects to proceed with the repair a second time, customer acknowledges that microsoldering repairs are very stressful to the mainboard and can result in the board having additional failures in the future which are unrelated to the original repair since the entire board is heated to very high temperatures for the repair. These additional failures can include the device not surviving the second stressful repair.
